She has transformed several policies to be more inclusive and equitable for all employees, leads the Walden Wellness Committee for the entire organization, successfully launched their first Diversity & Inclusion Council, and planning to launch much-needed employee resource groups such as Former Foster Youth Employees and the LGBTQ+ Employees and updated the talent acquisition cycle to be more efficient and aligned with industry standards.
