The vision for this Institute is to make practical and clear what it means to lead inclusively and to collaborate with and convene the most innovative thinkers, inspiring voices, and forward-thinking organizations to make manifest gender parity and equity in organizational leadership - and in our lifetime. I am excited to build upon the work I helped to lead at Linkage developing the global practices on Advancing Women Leaders and Inclusive Leadership. On International Women's Day this year, I was honored to appear on Good Morning America to discuss our new book, “Mastering Your Inner Critic and 7 Other High Hurdles to Advancement: How the Best Women Leaders Practice Self-Awareness to Change What Really Matters” (McGraw-Hill – November, 2018.)
