Dr. Jonathan Kirschner is the Founder and CEO of AIIR Consulting - a global business psychology consulting firm dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of leaders around the world.
In 2009, Dr. Kirschner developed a coaching method for achieving sustained behavioral change called AIIR®. He also developed AIIR Consulting’s technology platform, the Coaching Zone®. Dr. Kirschner regularly shares his thought leadership and research on coaching, leadership, and technology through writing, keynote speaking, and conference presentations.
Dr. Kirschner is also an executive coach, where he specializes in working with CEOs and senior leaders seeking to bolster their leadership effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking. Additionally, he oversees a team of over 140 executive coaches around the world. Dr. Kirschner graduated from New York University with a BA in Psychology and Religion. He holds a Doctorate in Clinical and Business Psychology from Widener University.
